How do I change my name?

You can’t change your name in the app after you sign up. To ask for a change, contact our support team.

1. Email us at hello@smitten.co, or in the app go to “Settings” → “Help” → “Talk to a human”.
2. Include the phone number on your account and the name you’d like to use.

Good to know

• Your name can be one or two words, 2 to 40 characters long, using letters, hyphens and apostrophes.
• If you verified your profile with BankID, the name on your profile comes from BankID.
