No. Deleting your Smitten account, or deleting the app from your phone, doesn’t cancel Smitten Premium. Your subscription is billed by Apple or Google, so you need to cancel it in the App Store or Google Play.
If you’re leaving Smitten, do it in this order:
- Cancel your subscription in the App Store or Google Play. Here’s how.
- Then delete your account, if you still want to. How to delete your account.
Good to know
- The delete screen in the app doesn’t remind you about your subscription, so cancel first.
- Already deleted your account or the app? You can still cancel. Do it from your App Store or Google Play account; you don’t need the Smitten app.
- Reinstalled the app and still subscribed? If Premium doesn’t show up, go to Settings, tap “Premium”, then “Restore purchase”.
