To report a match, open your chat with them, tap the three dots in the top-right corner and choose “Report and unmatch”. Reports are anonymous: they won’t know you reported them.
- Tap the “Chat” tab and open your chat with them.
- Tap the three dots in the top-right corner.
- Tap “Report and unmatch”.
- Choose what best describes the problem: “Fake Profile”, “Inappropriate behavior”, “Scam or ads”, “Behavior outside the app” or “Underage”.
- Pick the reason that fits best.
- On “Write your report”, add any details that will help us, then tap “Submit report”.
You can also start from their profile: tap their name at the top of the chat, scroll to the bottom and tap “Unmatch or report”.
What happens after you report
- The match is removed and the chat disappears. Neither of you will see the other on Smitten again.
- Your report is sent to our team.
- A report can’t be undone.
